Eligibility for Returns

- Hair Wigs:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, including tags and protective nets, must be intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Bath Soap Bars and Cosmetics:
- Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Defective or Damaged Items:

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”

How to Initiate a Return
