Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location:

Standard Shipping: $6.00 – $9.00

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and other unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or peak holiday periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Send photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to aman@dreamglobaltrading.com. We will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
